I hope this message finds you well because I have some exciting news to share with you about the future of Shutts Agency.

Reflecting on the past 25+ years with Shutts Agency fills me with pride and gratitude for the relationships we’ve built and the trust you’ve placed in us to protect what matters most to you. It has been an honor to serve you, and I truly value the friendships that have grown along the way. After thoughtful consideration, I’m excited to share that my business associate and family friend Mark Zweigenthal and his wife Jessie will be leading the Shutts Agency into the future.

I want you to know that from our first conversation about the possibility of taking the reins of Shutts Agency, I knew Mark and Jessie were the perfect fit. I knew that that they would put the needs of our clients first and help move our agency forward. The insurance landscape is changing, and I believe their dedication to our community, experience, and new energy will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality customer service.

I will continue to work at Shutts Agency supporting Mark and Jessie during the transition. We will continue to serve you from our familiar location on Michigan Avenue, and I’ll be right here if you need anything.
